Practical, source-led guidance for people dealing with harmful content online.
A publication from Afnihi
Afnihi helps people, creators and businesses assess content-removal options and submit reports under written authorization. The Journal explains common reporting problems, the information a useful request needs and the limits of what a report can achieve.
Articles are attributed to Afnihi as the publishing organization. We do not invent individual authors, professional credentials, case results or platform partnerships. An article is general information; it does not establish an attorney-client relationship or assess your individual legal rights.
How we prepare a guide
- Start with a problem a reader can recognize and a concrete next step.
- Use official platform documentation and primary sources for factual claims.
- Link the source beside the claim, with a source-review date.
- State when we could not verify a detail and avoid fixed promises about outcomes.
- Keep illustrative examples separate from real case records.
- Review platform guidance when an article changes; update dates only for substantive changes.
Editorial independence and corrections
The Journal is published by Afnihi and discusses services relevant to its work. Service links are identifiable, and platforms decide their own reporting outcomes. Articles do not receive fabricated popularity, endorsements or testimonials.
To flag a factual error, email support@afnihi.com with the article URL, the sentence concerned and a reliable source. Do not send identity documents, private evidence or passwords by email. Case materials belong in the protected client workflow.
Reading and anonymous likes
No account is needed to read or like an article. A signed cookie is created only when you like a guide; a keyed hash prevents that browser from liking the same article repeatedly. Clearing cookies or changing browsers can bypass this protection, so likes are reader feedback, not verified people or proof of service quality.
Our rate limits use short-lived keyed identifiers to limit automated abuse. No reader text, discussion threads or public profiles are accepted. Optional analytics and advertising scripts are disabled. Read Afnihi's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for the wider website practices.
